Maria Soliña is a smoky bottom-fermenting beer, inspired in Baviera’s traditional recipes. It has a deep brown colour with fine white foam head.
Nine selected malts provide a contrast of sweet and smoky flavors predominantly. Medium bodied, dry finish with a touch of smoke.
It combines with grilled meats and vegetables, especially those which are seasoned with mustard or vinegar. It is excellent with sweet pies such as apple or plum.
