The use of the www.menduina.eu's virtual shop implies the acceptance of its general purchase terms. Once the purchasing process is completed this conditions are presumed accepted.

Purchases made at www.menduina.eu may be paid for in two ways: bank transfer or PayPal. Once the purchase process has been completed, a confirmation e-mail will be sent, and the order will be sent once the payment has been correctly received.

No new purchases may be carried out until the buyer has paid in full the owed amounts for previous orders. Equally, the ownership of the goods will not be transferred in full until the amounts owed by the buyer have been received by Menduiña.

The orders are packaged and posted from Menduiña’s factory. All orders will have an additional fee based on the weight and volume of the order, for postage and packaging.

Goods will be dispatched from Monday to Thursday and they will be delivered within 72 hours (except Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays).

E-commerce services can only be used if the delivery address is located within the Spanish peninsular territory. No deliveries can be made to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside the national territory.

Menduiña will try to the best of its efforts that the delivery schedules of the courier are fulfilled, but cannot be held responsible for any possible delays out of Menduiña’s control. 

Menduiña provides its clients the possibility to cancel any orders at any time without any additional cost, as long as the cancellation is made before the order has been handed over to the courier to be dispatched.
